2. Vector control speed regulation technology: Vector control speed regulation technology makes the centrifugal process smoother, solves the unstable shaking during centrifugal acceleration and deceleration, and ensures the maximum yield of blood components.
3. Acceleration and deceleration curves: 15 sets of acceleration and deceleration curves can be set to save time and ensure centrifugal effect.
4. Anti pinch function of the chamber door: The electric door cover automatically stops when it encounters resistance when closed, preventing pinch injuries and protecting the safety of workers.
5. Internet of Things function: Optional installation of RFID wireless identification module to achieve non-contact batch identification of blood bags during centrifugation process, and automatic information input into the management system.
6. Management system integration: Based on wireless WiFi system, the centrifuge control system can seamlessly integrate with any blood station or component management system, upload centrifuge data in real time, and the information can be counted and traced.
7. One click opening and closing of chamber door: The chamber door can be remotely controlled through a touch screen or APP, and there is no need to calibrate the alignment direction during the closing process.
8. Self opening and closing function of the hood: The hood can be hung on the centrifugal chamber door and automatically opens and closes with the chamber door. When the chamber door is closed, the rotor will automatically align.
9. Double lock cover: The door lock buckle is integrated and formed, using double suction door lock technology, which is easy to operate and ensures the safe operation of the machine.
10. Thickened chamber wall: The centrifugal chamber wall steel plate is 12mm thick and adopts a one-time rolling forming process to improve the overall safety factor of the machine.
